As stated in my last post I will be updating my net worth in the middle of the month. It is the 16th so it is time!
I have increased my net worth by 2.15% from last month and 17.64% since March, when I started to keep track! Will I be able to make 20% by the end of the year. What about 25%?
I did not have enought time to enter it in as an actual financial statement but I will do better next time.
I have a new entry, broker. I have not bought any stocks yet since I am still waiting for Zecco. (BTW I got a thank you letter in the mail but no signature form. I emailed customer service).
"Oh big deal! You have a 17.64% increase in a negative net worth. You got that by paying off debt!" Says the little Devil on my shoulder. "You should of used it for booze and broads."
"Actually," says the other little Devil on my other shoulder, "once he pays off all of this debt think of the increase in wealth when that money that would have gone to pay off principle and interest on the debt is instead being compounded on stock investments."
