New things

Wow so many things are going on. I'm moving to an apartment with my girlfriend. It is much closer to my graduate school than I am now. I will save a lot of money on gas and vehicle maintenance and my truck will last a lot longer since I won't put so many miles on the thing. I never realized I had so much stuff. Most of it is paper but it is everywhere. In my new place I will have more space to organize everything. I'm in the market for a new file cabinet. I will be looking through Craiglist after I move. I also switched insurance companies so that I could save on Renter's insurance. We decided to not get cable. This will keep me from being distracted and to focus on my getting my PhD. I plan to get a projector so that I can take advantage of Netflix's new online movie viewing and shows I watch through iTunes. I read a great quote today by David Milch the creater of NYPD Blue, Deadwood, and John From Cincinatti. I think I will make it the motto for this site. "We exist in a universe we don't understand; every day we get a chance to start over."
